Structural features and application scopes of Big Dipper intelligent multi-function strong crusher:
1.Structural features:
(1)Crusher,specifically designed,optimizes the capture,tearing and cutting performance for materials.
(2)Electrical control:machine,running with PLC intelligent control,will reverse automatically when overload and adjust the shear angle of materials to make the operation more intelligent and simpler.
(3)Replacement of wearing parts:replacement of arbor can be easily fulfilled by means of dismounting the upper and lower connecting bolt of the bearing box.
2.Application scopes:
The crusher is able to crush steel plate of which thickness is <2mm and composite materials of which thickness is <15mm,the massive materials can be crushed including scrap wire,cable,PVC,PE,PP,PS,ABS plastic,glass,copper clad laminates, leftover material,waste rubber tires,waste plastic timber pipe,household refuse,car battery etc. The shapes of materials that need to be crushed are not limited:frame structure,box type,hollow type,cylindrical structure,ball shape and other irregular shape are all acceptable.
